| Most items are available in large quantities to Manufacturers and other volume users. Please complete an order form and mark "quote only" along with delivery dates, release quantities, target prices etc. We will get back to you as soon as possible. |

| PRICES |

| All prices are based in Canadian dollars, FOB our warehouse, and are subject to change without notice. All charges are invoiced in Canadian dollars and will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. |

| PAYMENT |

| Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted for online ordering. If you prefer, print out the completed online order form and fax to 1-705-878-0589 with credit card details. We will only charge your credit card on the day of shipment. |

| SHIPPING |

| Shipping charges quoted are minimum amounts charged for average weight shipments. If the freight charge is greater than indicated we will contact you for confirmation before shipping. |

| Our online catalogue is updated on a regular basis but there will be occasions where we have sold out. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we can back order it for you to ship at a later date. (Minimum value of back order is $15.00 and additional freight charges will apply) We will attempt to ship all orders complete. All on hand information is subject to change |

| WARRANTY |

| All items sold by BTW Electronics are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time depending on the manufacturer and their warranty policies. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. BTW will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective. |
